Justin's kaleidoscopic skill set has led him through entertainment (appearing on MTV and Jimmy Kimmel Live),
to art directing for Bollywood films, and most recently to 4 years as Creative Director for boutique PR
agency The Make Agency. Now at NimbleBot, Justin leads a 4-person design crew for projects in branding,
graphic design, user experience strategy, user interface design, and product development. His own designs
and photographs have been featured in The Boston Globe, The Toronto Star, I-D magazine, New York Magazine,
Democracy Now, Matibooks (Korea), and many others.

Bhavin is a consummate programmer, software architect, and project manager. He has led design and
development on projects ranging from realtime embedded systems,to middleware frameworks, to network
infrastructure, to web development, at numerous well-known companies in the consumer electronics,
semiconductor, telecommunications and web industries. Bhavin has over 15 years of experience in software
architecture and programming as well as 5 patents pending. At Nimblebot, Bhavin is in charge of a 6
person development team guiding engineering and software development from concept to client.

At NimbleBot Erez and the NimbleBot production team produces media for ad campaigns, educational content, interviews, making-of content, interactive video, and viral concepts.

NimbleBot is proud of its experiential-learning internship program. There is only one rule: interns don't do menial work. Interns *do* borrow expensive production equipment in order to learn digital story-telling experientially. Each intern also learns the basics of rapid fabrication.
Graduates of the NimbleBot internship program often go on to formal video production, design, and marketing, commercially or on their own. We are lucky to welcome back 4 graduates this year, who will be focused on pro bono community-engagement projects and on teaching the current cadre of interns.
